FOR BLANK ITEMS:

If your PersonalizedBrides.com purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within thirty (30) days of purchase. To return a blank item, the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all tags.

FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS:

Personalized Brides does not accept any returns or exchanges on decorated items if a mistake has not been made by Personalized Brides. If a customer receives an item in which Personalized Brides made a mistake, Personalized Brides will send the correct item at no cost to the customer.  A personalized item includes any decorated product where the design wording, design color, product color, or design font is chosen by the customer.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

To return an item that meets the above criteria, follow the steps below:

  1. Call our Customer Service at 1-877-896-3079.
  2. Our agent will provide a return authorization (RA) code that must be on the package. Packages that do not have a RA code will not be accepted.
  3. Mail the package within thirty (30) days of the purchase date to:

A refund of the product cost will be issued within ten (10) days of receipt of the item/s to the original payment method.
