FOR BLANK ITEMS:
If your PersonalizedBrides.com purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within thirty (30) days of purchase. To return a blank item, the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging with all tags.
FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
At Personalized Brides, we take great pride in providing high-quality personalized items that are customized to meet your unique needs. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been customized or personalized in any way.
We understand that mistakes can happen, and we will do our best to address any issues with your order. If you receive a personalized item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within three (3) days of receiving your order and we will work with you to find a resolution. If you receive an item in which Personalized Brides made a mistake, Personalized Brides will send the correct item at no cost to the customer. A personalized item includes any decorated product where the design wording, design color, product color, or design font is chosen by the customer.
To return an item that meets the above criteria, follow the steps below:
- Call our Customer Service at 1-877-896-3079.
- Our agent will provide a return authorization (RA) code that must be on the package. Packages that do not have a RA code will not be accepted.
- Mail the package within thirty (30) days of the purchase date to:

A refund of the product cost will be issued within ten (10) days of receipt of the item/s to the original payment method.
